The Subaru Eco-Friendly certification sets out six key areas of focus for our facility required to attain eco-friendly status:

• Energy Efficiency: Switching to LED lighting where possible and installing programmable thermostats to reduce daily energy consumption.
• Water Conservation: Installing low-flow fixtures in our faucets, employing efficient water use for our car wash, and using non-potable water for landscaping.
• Recycling: Reduce trash to the landfill by working with our local municipalities to divert recyclable materials to the proper facilities.
• Waste Management: Ensure we properly dispose of our used vehicle consumables like oil, coolant, batteries, and tires.
• Community Involvement: We partner with local volunteer efforts to help green up shared spaces and deliver on the Subaru Loves the Earth Promise Pillar.
• No Styrofoam Drink Containers: We are committed to eliminating Styrofoam use in our facilities to keep forever materials out of landfills.

Attaining Eco-Friendly Retailer status is entirely voluntary, and we are proud to have attained this designation through our ongoing efforts to reduce our carbon footprint throughout all our facilities, from the showroom to our Service Center.
