While we love sharing news about new Subaru models, we have a great piece of excitement to share about our beloved former owner, the late Maurice "Moe" Beardmore. Our Bellevue, NE dealership's namesake has been inducted to the Nebraska Business Hall of Fame, thanks not only to his acumen selling cars, but also for his wonderful involvement in the local community, and with organizations from all over the Omaha, Papillion and La Vista, NE areas.
As a third-generation car dealer, Moe worked in the industry here in eastern Nebraska for four decades. He sat on, and oftentimes presided over as president or chairman, several boards and organizations, both for the auto industry and for local schools and museums. Earlier this month, Moe's friends and family were treated to lovely ceremony where the Beardmore founder was honored along with other Nebraska business leaders.
