New Subaru Spotlight Showcases the Family-Friendliness of the All-New 2019 Subaru Ascent

It may be new to our Subaru dealership here in Bellevue, but the worthy successor to the Subaru Tribeca has already made an impression on Cornhuskers the whole of eastern Nebraska over. What do people love about the new Subaru Ascent?

The "Dream Big," "Big Day Out," and "Important Moments" spots on the Subaru YouTube channel, just recently aired, may have a few answers. They show the all-new-for-2019 SUV at its best: in its adaptability for almost any adventure, in the way it accommodates it all, and, perhaps most importantly, in the Subaru safety commitment.

The first spot shows off the capability of 2019 Ascent, its ability to take you anywhere the open road calls reliably. A powerful turbocharged SUBARU BOXER engine, ready to shell 260 horsepower at 277 pound-feet of torque, standard Subaru Symmetrical All-Wheel Drive, a standard X-MODE®, and a towering 8.7 inches of ground clearance come together to make it happen with confidence. That's turning and pulling power, oversteer and understeer compensation, and obstacle avoidance you won't find many places else.

Spot #2 puts the places and spaces that bring us together on prominent display. You'll find there's plenty of room for the whole family and a boatload of luggage alike in the new Ascent. Its cabin spreads out up to a spacious 153.5 cubic feet, with up to 86.5 dedicated to cargo, and a choice of seating appears in comfortable cloth, a stain-resistant variant, or luxurious leather trim. It's available heated both in front and in the compartment, too. Choose front-seat ventilation on top, and you can be ready for any climate. Furthermore, there's the lap of luxury in an upgrade from second-row bench seating to sumptuous captain's chairs.

The third and last spot shows Subaru Ascent as the ultimate in peace of mind for the road. Not only does it come in an all-new and highly durable design, built on the Subaru Global Platform. It's also intelligently proactive when it comes to safety. Subaru EyeSight® Driver Assist Technology is now standard down the Ascent line, helping you do everything from put a safe distance between you and the traffic around you to stay in-lane and on course. The tech suite can even bring down the full force of its pre-collision brake system to help you steer clear of an accident.

But there's much more where these few highlights came from, and since the new 2019 Subaru Ascent is just clear of its launch, you can explore it all for yourself behind the wheel right here in Bellevue, NE. Bring the whole gang with you out to see us here at 410 Fort Crook Road North for a test drive -- we'll be glad to show you what else you can expect!
