The Legacy 2.5GT comes with a 2.5-liter turbocharged and inter-cooled Boxer 4 that delivers 265 hp.  The six-speed manual transmission found on the GT model offers a wide spread of ratios between the lowest and highest gears to provide quick off-the-line acceleration yet quiet, fuel-efficient operation in 6th gear. The largest engine in the Legacy line-up is the 3.6 - liter Boxer 6.  It delivers 256 hp providing effortless performance with impressive power.
